Hello My Name Is...

Caroline Snoots

White House

Welcome to sixth grade math! We are going to have an exciting year!

I am originally from Columbia, SC.  I attended Clemson University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.  I made the Lowcountry my home in 1995 and continued my education in graduate school at the College of Charleston.  I obtained a Masters in Teaching Elementary Education.  After substituting and teaching in Dorchester and Charleston Counties for sixteen years, I became certified in middle school math.  This year will be my 18th year in education and second year in math at Cario Middle School.

I have a wonderful husband, Tim, to whom I have been married for 23 years.  We have one son, Chase, who is in 7th grade this year.  We love going to the beach, fishing off of the Folly Pier, rec baseball, and most importantly, Clemson football.  Tiger Paw  Also, I have a sweet 18 year old cat, Gracie, and an energetic 5 month old puppy, Finn (aka the Monster Puppy).

I look forward to getting to know all of the students in the 620 pod.  I want students to excel at everything they do.  Please know that I am here for your children.  If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to contact me at caroline_snoots@charleston.k12.sc.us or you can leave me a phone message on voice mail.
